Welcome to MeLuv! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MeLuv platform (“Platform”), operated in Delaware, USA. By accessing or using MeLuv, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. General Information

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• The Platform does not impose location restrictions, but access may be limited by certain countries due to local laws. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local regulations.

3. Account Rules

• Users must create an account to access full features of the Platform. Some model profiles may be viewable without an account, but actions such as commenting, following, or engaging with content require registration.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time, which will result in the deletion of their personal data (except where retention is necessary for legal or investigative reasons).
• Models (Creators) must verify their identity before publishing content.

4. Content Rules

• The Platform is strictly for erotic content.
• Creators are fully responsible for their own content and must comply with applicable laws.
• The Platform reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is flagged by users.
• Users can report content through the built-in report feature on each post. Reports are reviewed by admins/moderators, and content may be removed if necessary.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Creator Earnings: Models are paid through PayPal or Bank Transfer.
• Platform Fees: The Platform retains a 15% commission from creator earnings. The revenue calculator shows the net earnings after fees.
• User Payments: Users can purchase tokens via Stripe or PayPal to access premium content. Models can restrict content to subscribers or pay-per-view purchases.
• Refunds: Refunds are generally not allowed, but users can submit a ticket for review. If a refund request is deemed valid (e.g., fraud or content violation), a refund will be issued, and the responsible creator may be penalized or banned.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Creators retain full ownership of their content. The Platform only provides a space for publication.
• Stolen Content: Unauthorized use of content from the Platform will be legally pursued. The Platform reserves the right to take legal action against content theft, and violators may be banned.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Racism, harassment, hate speech, or any form of harmful conduct.
• Posting illegal or non-erotic content.
• Fraud, impersonation, or violating others’ privacy.
• Theft or unauthorized redistribution of content.

Consequences for Violations:

• Immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
• Legal action for serious violations, including theft or posting illegal content.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• The Platform is not responsible for user-generated content.
• The Platform is not liable for disputes between users. Users are expected to resolve disputes independently unless legal intervention is required (e.g., copyright violations).
• The Platform reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal content.

9. Termination of Accounts

• The Platform may suspend or permanently ban accounts violating these Terms.
• Upon termination, a user’s content will be removed from public access and deleted from servers, except when retention is necessary for investigation purposes.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
• Disputes will be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or legal action, depending on the nature of the claim. Content theft will be pursued through legal channels.

11. Updates to Terms

• The Platform may update these Terms at any time.
• Users will be notified via email and/or platform news updates. Continued use of the Platform after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
