Terms of Sales

These Terms of Sales govern all commercial transactions and activities conducted on the MeLuv platform (“Platform”). By making purchases or offering content for sale, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope and Definitions
“Platform” refers to MeLuv, operated in Delaware, USA.
“User” refers to any individual purchasing content or services on the Platform.
“Creator” or “Model” refers to a verified individual offering content for sale.
“Diamonds” are the platform's internal virtual currency, used for some purchases within MeLuv.
“Marketplace” refers to areas of the Platform where creators can sell content directly via Stripe or PayPal.
2. Pricing and Payment
a. Diamonds-Based Transactions
Users may purchase Diamonds through Stripe or PayPal.
Diamonds can be used to access:
Subscription-only content
Premium or exclusive posts within a creator’s page
Tip-based features or private content requests (if enabled)
Prices are set by creators in Diamonds, and the exchange value is shown before confirming the purchase.
Diamonds have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or refunded.
b. Marketplace Transactions (Direct Payment)
Content listed in the Marketplace is purchased directly via PayPal or Stripe, without using Diamonds.
Prices are displayed in standard currency (e.g., USD) and may include applicable taxes or fees.
All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
3. Commission and Revenue Distribution
Creators receive 85% of each transaction's value.
MeLuv retains a 15% platform commission, which is automatically deducted from each sale.
The net earnings are clearly shown in the creator's dashboard.
4. Payouts to Creators
Earnings from both Diamonds-based and Marketplace transactions are paid out via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
A minimum payout threshold may apply.
Payout schedules and timelines are provided in the creator dashboard.
Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their income.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Users may file a support request in the following cases:
Fraudulent, misleading, or misrepresented content
Technical delivery failures
Violations of the platform's content policies
If a refund is granted, the responsible creator may face account restrictions or termination.
6. Content Ownership and Licensing
All content uploaded and sold by creators remains their intellectual property.
By listing content for sale, creators grant MeLuv a limited, non-exclusive license to display and deliver that content to buyers.
Buyers are granted a personal, non-transferable right to view purchased content. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
7. Use of Diamonds
Diamonds are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Diamonds cannot be exchanged for real currency.
If a user’s account is suspended or terminated, any unused Diamonds may be forfeited.
MeLuv may offer promotional Diamonds or bonuses at its discretion.
8. Tax Responsibility
MeLuv may withhold or collect taxes where legally required.
Users and creators are individually responsible for fulfilling their own local or international tax obligations.
9. Violations and Enforcement
MeLuv reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold payouts, or remove content in response to fraudulent activity, abuse, or policy violations.
In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, funds may be held pending investigation.
Legal action may be pursued for serious breaches, including content theft.
10. Changes to This Agreement
MeLuv may revise these Terms of Sales at any time.
Users will be notified through email or platform announcements.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
